My background spans personal training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching — over 30 years of combined experience working with people on the physical, behavioural, and emotional dimensions of health. I'm also a part-time Biomedical Science BSc (Hons) student at London Metropolitan University, where I assist with research in the university laboratory. I understand the body, behaviour, and how to read and interpret scientific research — and I don't separate any of those things.

I've had my own complicated relationship with food. For a long time, eating was tied up with stress, emotion, and control in ways I didn't fully understand. I'm not in that place now — I have a genuinely different relationship with food than I did — but I know what it feels like from the inside. That's not a selling point; it's just context for why this work matters to me.
I'm also, professionally, a personal trainer who has worked with a lot of people whose real issue was never fitness or nutrition — it was the emotional layer underneath. I can only engage with the surface for so long before the work becomes honest.
I work in-person, in a private therapy room. Sessions are 60 minutes, in-person, and follow a structured 12-session programme.
If you're wondering whether this is the right fit, the best starting point is a free 30-minute discovery call — no obligation, no sales pressure. Just a conversation.
